Pros
The flames are lifelike and while it doesn't get terribly hot, it definitely does help warm the room. It has 7 flame heights, but the difference between them is negligible. And makes my living room warm instantly.
Beautiful fireplace with great height and width. The heater works amazingly well. It makes my home look and feel cozy.
The huge obstacle is the assembly. This is by far the easiest product assembly i’ve ever experienced. Very easy to assemble with good directions.
It was packaged well. The seller is very responsive.
Cons
This was sent without hardware. Unable to put this product together due to wrong item in kit. But the fire is so faint now that i can barely see it.

The quality is great and it wasn’t hard to put together .
It has quality, sturdiness and good heat output.
I had trouble with the delivery of the second pkg (which was on a friday) and messaged the company right away.
I am disappointed in the amount of heat generated however.

The communication between the seller is and was fast and very helpful!
Competitiveness
Very happy with fireplace but the remote isnot very useful.

When you build it finger tighten everything to make sure everything fits and then everything will tighten up

The package had been damaged in the transport and the damage went through to the mantle
