Pros

Versatility, the size, the strength of the heat for this type of heater, the look of the flames and the versatility. Flames are adjustable and it pumps out some heat.

Love the aesthetic. Beige looks more gray not to upset though i like the color. Also looks really beautiful and not cheesy.

We use the sunroom as our grandchildren's playroom. It warms up her smallish room very quickly.

This is a performative heater. Game changer. If you already own this finely crafted electric fireplace and heater than consider yourself extremely pleased with your buying choice.

Everything was well protected with styrofoam bumpers, plastic bags, etc etc. My dogs all congregate around the heater every chance they get. Not a single scratch.

Cons

Wires hanging in front shows poor quality control. Found out later infrared causes retina permanent damage. They open easily yet stay closed when shut due to the magnets.
