Pros
Mother cat enjoys sleeping on the top while her babies have fun around the cat tree. My cat loves this tree- we needed to get one with a bigger bed in the top as he out grew his previous one. My two month kitten loves it, playing and sleeping in.
Cons
What is put together is very unsteady as screws won't go all the way in. Ditched all of it. Think rope; won’t last long at all for scratching.

The little ladder seems pointless to me maybe a dangling toy would be a better use for future designs
