Pros
The anti-wobble design means that when the larger cat (25lbs) goes crazy and runs up it, it doesn't wobble and tip like the old one did.
The circular bed at the very top is small, but the mid-level cat condo is nice and roomy. It is soft and my cat loves to play with the,dangling balls. My senior cat loves the enclosed hut as well as the basket.
He loves the sunken in hammock near the top, and i expect most cats will. They enjoy looking out the window, especially with it snowing now. Idk why people are complaining it’s too small for a regular sized cat.
Cons
Product was cheaply made, my cat just slides across the plastic plush fur. Not sturdy even with the anchor strap. While my cat sitting on the basket, basket come off and she fell down. Should be either packaged better or made of real wood.

Our cat loves it and we appreciate the quality of it!
Easy to put together, even with the help of 3 cats , sturdy , lots of room play and everyone has their own place to sleep .
Over all we are happy with the purchase, but it’s not a hugh quality tree (not that we expected that lol).
Really pleased with it , some parts of assembly were tricky , but we sorted it
Price
The price is very competitive, so it’s easy to overlook.
This cat tree works great and was an excellent price.
For the size, the price was worth it.
