I dont get much food sticking to the bottom and when i do it comes right off when washing

I love this pan i bought a second oneonly thing i dont like is the bottom insides not completely flat it has a trench around the inside good for stir fry not good for eggs because they tend to gravitate to the edgeif you try to cook 2 or 3 overeasy eggs
