The only culinary skill one needs are fairly good knive skills. I wish that they would revise and reissue the recipes from the first book into the format used in the second book. This is a cookbook everyone should own.

Its well written and easy to understand but honesty many of these recipes are more like 45 1 hour when you include prepping everything
