Pros

The rachio 3 is an amazing device. Still loving it. The artificial intelligence used with this controller is awesome.

Setting up schedules is a breeze, although relying on the weather mans predictions has left my lawn dry several times lol. Saves up both time and money by making watering easier and more efficient.

Cons

When you set a daily flex schedule (this is the setting that is supposed to give significant water savings) the controller tries to have absurdly long watering times. To me this is egregious. Rachio should be removed from the approved list.
