Pros
They use ball bearings like the rails in your dresser or kitchen. The instructions are simple and decently clear.

Not worried at all about the strength, nice and sturdy when fully extended and smooth action.
They are pretty heavy duty, so that you could have a 5u on them, but for my 2u this pair of rails is great.
Instructions are poor and don't even explain which bolts are for what.
For my server case, it won't slide all the way in and the mounting ears have about 5 mm or so of space between them and the rack.
Price
Great product at a perfect price point.
For 40-something bucks, it gets you there.
At the time of writing this review, the price of this rail kit was $42.
Price is perfect as these and most server accessories cost an arm and a leg.

I opened the package shortly after it was delivered and lined it up with my existing cabinet to make sure it would work.

I had a lot of trouble getting one of the rails to separate using the plastic latching mechanism but ultimately got there

These were definitely not the easiest to install with all the small bolts nuts and washers

This is because the mounts for the server case handles hit the rail mounts
