Cons
Besides this giant disappointment and realization that this product wont last in heat (despite the description), the foils is quite thick and durable. Just read other post saying it shrink because of plastic core, i confirm it's true.

We have rafters at 24” on center so the 48” roll width should have been 50” so it had an overlap
