Not a deal breaker at all but something to note. They are great bargains, and radioddity provides them at great prices. Great for a portable ht.
There is one tiny issue i can’t get passed… as seen in the pictures there is one little screw i canning remove to attach the clip.
The btech uses the old charger stand which is also fine. The usb-c charging is super convenient. I only wish the battery was a little bigger.
Cons
Only received fm signals. Their customer service is basically useless. It's worse than dell in the 2000's. The radio uses a proprietary shaped battery.

Quality
This feels like a quality built radio, and it appears to function well.
Great radio, talks good and great battery life.
All the volume changing happens in the first 1/10th turn of the knob.
Second:: these radios are not water proof!
Price
A great little gmrs radio for the price and features you can't beat this little handheld.
They work fine, definitely a decent gmrs radio for the money.
Overall a good little radio for the very reasonable price tag.

Exactly what i wanted and it came a day early.
Great way to stay in touch with your convoy.
Items were what they were supposed to be, worked like they should and delivery was 3 to 4 days before they said they would be here

I'm very happy with the radios, and my experience with support makes me very happy that i chose radioddity instead of a competitor.
The radio performs as well as my other higher priced gmrs handhelds.
I'm new to gmrs and researched many different brands.
The receiver is good, but perhaps not as good as the tidradio h3.
