Pros
Like all radios it has quirky menu items to get used to. Easy to find and change settings using the menu *. A two pack with programming cable for $44 is a no-brainer!
Worked right out of the box. Programing is easiest when done with a cable. Very happy with turnaround time of the customer support. Thank you nora and the radioddity team; i wish most customer service would follow your lead!
It is better to have the voice prompts than not have them at all. Love the scan feature, especially being able to set a predefined frequency range to scan.
Charging is done using the included usb type c charger (included). One nit is that the usb-c connectors on both battery packs don't hold a standardusb-c cable. Belt clip attaches to the battery, but not a deal breaker.
Cons
The mic is not that sensitive to your voice. It was plugged into the car usb charger at the time and blew the fuse for the charger.
Buyer beware. It's worse than dell in the 2000's.

This feels like a quality built radio, and it appears to function well.
Great little gmrs unit, does everything you need.
Good distance, used when got separated about 2 miles apart and also used with a mobile gmrs radio flawlessly
They have the features i need (not that gmrs radios need to do too many things), they're well built, battery life is good.
Price
A great little gmrs radio for the price and features you can't beat this little handheld.
Overall a good little radio for the very reasonable price tag.

Exactly what i wanted and it came a day early.
Great way to stay in touch with your convoy.
Items were what they were supposed to be, worked like they should and delivery was 3 to 4 days before they said they would be here

I'm very happy with the radios, and my experience with support makes me very happy that i chose radioddity instead of a competitor.
The receiver is good, but perhaps not as good as the tidradio h3.

The radios that i bought unfortunately had an odd hissing issue whenever receiving transmissions so i worked with support to see if there was a way to get around it
