Pros

It prevents the soap scum and lime from building up. A little work to prep before applying. Easy to use, wipe on, wipe off.

Almost to the point of gagging. But it definately works. Still squeegee after every shower.

Cons

This product needs to be put back in a lab and completely reformulated. Applying this is a nightmare. They just aren't worth it.

It leaves a cloudy film that i still haven’t figured out away to get off. All the wiping seems to do is spread the haze around. I just hope that with time and many showers, this junk will wear off.

It smells like pait thiner 10x strong. The product says to do in well ventilated area but you tell me how many shower room are well-ventilated. When you have at least 2 people showering daily, the build up becomes too much.

You can always see streaks where the soap product run down the glass and then those areas don't repeal the water as well.

I do still break out my dish soap and vinegar filled dish soap scrubber and run it on the shower and tub floors, and in a few other areas.

Price

This is wonderful stuff and it is very reasonable in cost.

I installed custom cut shower glass and didn't pay the additional $700 for the optional protective treatment / film.

I thought that was expensive to prevent spots.
