Pros

Ingredients, specifically engineered for the plus 50 active crowd. They cover all the needs to be a healthy adult woman. My nails used to peel and shred from work, now they look healthy and do not peel.

The pills are large and they have a natural earthy grassy flavor. The annoying stomach bloat is lessened. There is no after taste.

These vitamins are terrific. Gave these to my 88 year old grandmother. Will purchase again.

Cons
