Pros

I highly recommend this product to those who needs calcium. You won't be disappointed. Sometime they go off of subscribe but i pay the 15% for their consistency and quality.

Vitamin d is important especially in winter and for summer days i wear sunscreen. Good brand and seemingly good quality vitamins. Not just by regular multi vitamin. Food-based mineral supplement.

Cons

These are way too big to *. The only way i can * this overly large pill is to chew it, but it leaves a chalky taste.

Rainbow has nothing on the product packaging or on their website. If rainbow seems like a company with new age packaging and hype, and old age corporate indifference, there's an explanation. I want a refund, but they won't give me one.
