Vitamin a is beta-carotene, which is the safe kind to supplement. It has a blend of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It also has a mineral supplement. The new formula is better than the old formula for no noticeable difference.
The tablet is small and it goes down smoothly. I like that they are easy to * and didn't tast bad.
Cons
Zinc is not zinc orotate. It uses pyridoxine hydrochloride, which is not a good source. Got irregular heartbeat, very nauseous, and extremely lightheaded.

Products are almost identical so i have not experienced any changes since staring on these.
Price
It is a good price and seems like a decent vitamin.
For the price, this isa hard product to beat.

These are much smaller and easier to consume, while still being packed full of good stuff.
Competitiveness
He likes the natural ingredients and finds these make him feel better than most others on the market.
I love the fact that dosage is only one pill, verses other companies requiring 3-4 pills per dose!
Have used a couple other brands when things were tight monetarily but still a good brand.
