Im on femara letrozole an aromatase inhibitor to help prevent my breast cancer from returning i have to stay on it for at least 5 years its so painful that i stopped taking it and everyday was a worry if i was doing the wrong thing however i couldnt even get out of bed climb stairs lift up my arms or stay in any one position more than a few minutes
