As far as gummy prenatal vitamins go, these are high quality and nutritious. I am past menopause but wrestle with a constant folic acid deficiency that makes my tongue hurt. Of all the prenatal gummies i have reviewed, this seems the healthiest.

I have no problem with the superfoods contained within, nor the probiotics.
Since i had been taking a similar product of theirs, i would expect things to remain the same.

I’m giving these vitamins five stars because they have quality ingredients and they taste good although i’m not able to take them regularly due to the iodine that i didn’t realize was in them and which i have to avoid not the fault of the product
