Pros

There is a 2-3 day break in period that can be expedited if you get them wet. Break-in period is a little harsh but i guess that's part of the deal. Always last at least 3-4 years with heavy use.

Shoe gives me the support i need from a sander. Great arch support. Foot bed feels very supportive.

Cons

Nylon webbing cuts into my foot right above the second toe. The nylon webbing has a sharpness to it on the edge, and i don't see it ever softening up. The straps are rough and imo, not worth the effort to break in, especially for what you pay.
