It is ridiculously quick and easy to apply and it works exactly like it's supposed to. When heavy rain hit the wall no water leaks inside wall under the porch. Dewalt sells a great sprayer,costs a bit more than the cheap $15 ones,but worth the purchas... Read More

Beading is not supposed to last more than a year with this product but does provide confirmation of good application. Looks milky going on, but dries clear. It is very quick drying and was very well packaged.

Cons

Clear water repellents are not designed to waterproof horizontal masonry surfaces such as window ledges. Other than rainguard. Allot of work pressure washing and sealing fur such a short lifespan.
