Sir pratchett is as usual in rare form in this latest moist von lipwig adventure spoofing everything from trainspotters to eminent domain and making a decisive statement against bigotry

However it would be quite impossible not to ponder about the work of the grags and the political response to violent fundamentalism and perhaps reread the novel to see if there are any suggestions to the present day problem of violent religious fundamentalism

He writes so well using funny and compelling words and phrases that the story sometimes seems interrupted by the writing and stopping to bring up the footnotes if one is so compulsive makes the electronic version a little unwieldy at least on an iphone

Terry pratchett was a truly great author and its a shame that this is the last of his discworld
