Pros & Cons
Pros
Rocky is quiet for a grinder. Aggravating deficiencies but fixable. Parts are solid steel and brass - nothing cheap inside this thing. Rock solid appliances that you are unlikely to have to replace in your lifetime.
There are coffee grinds in my machine they exclaim! It also makes clumpy grinds and retains a lot of grinds. It also is the cleanest machine i have ever used - i wipe up spilled grounds every coulee of days.
Once you have that down it's a no-brainer to use. Easy to change grind, fill for a single shot or fill a canister. Two ranges on the gauge, one for beginners and one for you.
Push the corks into the openings of the recessed screw and they are snag in there so they will never come loose by the grinding beans. There are three screws that hold the hoppers down.
Cons
The delivery system to the grinder is seriously flawed. The doser version is not well suited for home use. Initiated return on this unit and purchased another.
The biggest drawback of this machine is the grind retention. The 50mm burrs take forever to grind. When i do grind beans in the coarse setting, the result is 50% coarse grounds and 50% powder.
Highlights
Quality
Very sturdy and make a fine grind for my espressos.
Best quality of coffee i’ve ever had

I have one small gripe--when i turn the hopper to switch from coarse to fine grind, the machine gets stuck after every few notches.
Price
As for cost you can't beat this machine.
Sure i would prefer a niche zero but that's about $695.
It is pricey but if you spend 1500 on a espresso machine this is not much of a stretch.
A bit expensive but we use it everyday.
Packaging/appearance
It arrived in a big box which the fedex agent said, "there's a whole lot of something in this big box and a whole lot of nothing".
Competitiveness
Yes, i just compared a coffee grinder to a laser surgical tool!
This grinder is leagues ahead of my ol' reliable capresso.
If you are not a pro, then i will strongly suggest that you will be better off buying the brim or similar expresso machine prio... Read More

I removed the plastic guard in the hopper to be able to very quickly unjam if that occurs and it occasionally will especially with dark oily beans
