However i purchased two at the same time and was sent one in perfect condition in one box and a second in a repack box and the drip pan in the repack box is so dented it is impossible to use

To make it worse when i attempted to file a return with amazon i was told i had to contact customer service

All they need to do is to send me a new drip pan but i guess that doesnt match the protocol for returns

So i have this really terrific well built operational canning element and no drip pan that will fit because it was sent damaged

I give the kit a 5star rating but sending a defective pan is on the fulfillment center and sending a defective damaged item rates a zero
