Pros

It's nice, lightweight and does what it's supposed to. Cooks the food evenly. Cleans well and does not warp at high temps in the oven.

Cons

If you line up one end of the top plate with the lower pan, the other end is off by about a quarter-inch. I am disappointed that ovens no longer come with built in grill pans.

Pan/grill works great, very easy to clean, and fits a decent amount of food on it to cook.

I cleaned my oven for 3 straight days because the stain was very bad and took me 3 coatings of oven cleaner to take it off.

The gashes were so deep, it went through multiple layers and got into the underlying base metal.

Good:- dishwasher safe- very big, at an attractive price.

Amazon was very nice and sent a replacement (by express post) without any issues.

Packaging/appearance

No damage to the box; however, after i pulled it out, there was a dent and some chipping along the top edge of the pan.
