Pros

It's nice, lightweight and does what it's supposed to. Cooks the food evenly. Cleans well and does not warp at high temps in the oven.

Cons

If you line up one end of the top plate with the lower pan, the other end is off by about a quarter-inch. I am disappointed that ovens no longer come with built in grill pans.

Packaging/appearance

No damage to the box however after i pulled it out there was a dent and some chipping along the top edge of the pan
