Pros
The small is much much larger than the xsmall. This product is being used for my chihuahua cross small dog.
Fairly priced too. Very pleased with quality of materials and sewing.
Three velcro fasteners. Easy on/easy off and strong velcro for fastening.
The reflective strips are perfect for evening walks. It’s cozy and waterproof. The yellow is a nice shade. The reflective stripes are just as expected and i like the reflective stripes.
Didn't have to cut, re-sew or modify anything to fit her broad chest. The stretchy belly part makes this style a good option for many dog types.
Cons
Do yourself a favour and invest in a better coat that will last longer. Within 2 weeks the velcro on one side and the front tore. The seller is useless to deal with.

It is a little bit water resistant but would not be able to handle more than a few minutes of drizzle
