Pros & Cons
Pros
The blend is highly aromatic without any one spice overwhelming the others. Ordered zamouri's mint flakes and kefta spice, as well.
Cons
Mix of tumeric and paparika, salt, and dehydrated garlic. Very bland and unremarkable. It has a licorice trace.
Highlights
Quality
A very high quality product and has made middle eastern cuisine as genuine as when i had that there.
I was impressed with the freshness of the spice.
Price
What i didn’t like was the price.
Competitiveness
If you’re looking to this because your recipie calls for it, this is really really good.
