Capsules are always difficult to *, but these really do work.

I suffer with ibs and wouldn't have bought them if i thought they would upset my stomach. Awful stuff. Waste of money.

Only taken 2 doses up to now third dose being taken this morning and not sure if its psychological but i felt even after the first dose less bloated and more energetic
