Competitiveness
I do hope that manganaturals will come out with a 500mg tablet higher potency as well.
At least compared to other supplements on the market.
I've also used, naturewise raspberry ketones plus+, 1 to 2 years ago with success.
I previously used a raspberry ketone formulation from a different manufacturer.

In the morning wa meal and one in the afternoon wa snackmeal you may take 2 at once if needed but it is not recommended to consume more than 2 pday

Avoid readymade foods as in most cases they contain too much of the things you dont need nor want
