Pros
These are capsules and not too large so they’re easy to *. The capsules have a smooth tasteless texture. I also like them because they don't give me heartburn.
Raspberry keystone works. Bought another bottle. Definitely recommend this product.
Great addition to my keto diet. This is much better than the keto salts that are chemicals with side effect.
Cons
I thought this would help curb my appetite. Didn't see any change in weight loss or body-fat after 3 weeks while on a reduced calorie diet. Sadly, this one has a lot of added ingredients to help with weight loss.

Our familys nd says its better that way were much more likely to keep the weight off permanently if we lose it slowly and consistently adding herbal supplements to enhance our efforts rather than relying on them solely
