The only bummer is it says on the package that it is not made to work with watertight shrink terminals

I can see no reason why this would not work for them any worse than any crimper

They have holes that fit pins on the stock dies theyre tension set together and youd have to pry the sheet metal jaws apart to even take the stock dies out
