This is a really nice quality product.
Switch to a higher quality one it was fine.
Unfortunately it does not on this product.
However i would not recommend this charger for use with the nintendo switch.

Works perfectly charges as fast as original and also fast charges my galaxy note 10+ at the same time without getting to warm.
I charge my samsung mobile with it too and it fast charges.

Competitiveness
You cant go wrong with ravpower products.
I've already got a ravpower charger with multiple ports, used daily since about 5 years ago and never had an issue with it.
It charges a 45w laptop and a phone without any problem.
Small form factor for a 65w charger.

Ive not noticed any battery drain while using but figure that if you run the mbp at full tilt all the time you might see battery drain while plugged in as the original charger is 85w

For now i was only able to test it with a nintendo switch for a little while and it seems to be powerful enough to keep it going while playing something that not all chargers can do

It does not bring any cables with it though so the customer will have to use one of its cables
