Ok so these probiotics are expensive lets just say it, but man o man do they work.

That was alright, but the product has become so expensive that we will be switching to a more affordable option.

Shipping

Shipper is very courtious, prompt, and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised to see cold packs in with my delivery.

This product is supposed to be refrigerated in shipping but it came to me warm with no refrigerant in it.

I wrote a prior review (same day) regarding a shipping related issue affecting this product.

Packaging/appearance

It arrives with a cold pack, but it is never even cool.

The packaging states 71 degrees or less.

Amazon attempted to keep them cold via their packaging, but the “ice pack” was very warm to the touch.

Competitiveness

I have tried almost every probiotic and prebiotic from all different brands, and i'd guess 99% did absolutely nothing.

Since this is one pill per day, i still take my other brand of probiotics with each dose of antibiotics.
