Highlights
Quality
The unit is well made, and super comfortable to use.
It’s comfortable, easy to use, durable, and seals out light well.
The comfort is unparalleled, the resmed materials really shine through, you can tell this was co-designed with a medical device company.
Typically, silicone interfaces are simply sleeves that slide (with greater or lesser effectiveness) over the stock foam interface.
Price
$70 is a little expensive, but if you find this headband comfortable like i do, then it's well worth it.
It is a bit costly but if you plan to use your vr headset for any length of time, this is definitely worth it.
I would expect to pay maybe $30-$35 for an accessory like this, not $70.
As for the cost: 100 percent worth it.

Tried upgrading the strap which helped but at least for me there’s too little padding on the forehead portion of the stock interface where this was comfortable regardless of strap

Given it’s on the premium end would have been nice if it included a cloth option or cover but maybe that wouldn’t work well with the design

Unfortunately as you tighten it the strap lift up the backside of your head so it is impossible to use for more active games that require more head movement or action

I cant recommend it though because of the adjustment issue and the fact that it is extremely difficult to remove from the headset for when you want to game or exercise with the quest
