Pros

The ear cushion cups are actually quite comfortable. Noise cancelling works very well maybe because they fit very well on the ears.

Dongle is a great replacement gaming headset. Great sound quality, great mic quality.

Cons

Rarely, the headset just randomly cuts out all sound and needs to be restarted. Every 2-3 days the surround sound crashes and there is no program to fix them.

It’s very frustrating because it requires you to restart your computer multiple times for it to work. It also has difficulty connecting to my phone through the razer app, so it may not be the dongle and may be the headset itself.

Razer makes quality hardware but the software required to run it is 0/10. The software is also not intuitive. If you want a plug and play solution look elsewhere.

Headphone has no bluetooth. Feels like a complete waist of $80. What good is a 2 year warranty if they won't stand behind their product.

But the price of this is what makes this headset great - simply the value for money.

Packaging/appearance

I usually don’t check the packaging and just trust that everything is included.

I checked the box again—it’s in the pile in the corner—but unfortunately, there's no usb dongle included.

Competitiveness

I do not have any connection issues with these unlike the logitech ones i had and that makes me so happy.
