Pros
The sound quality is comparable to quality open-backs like sennheiser's.
The auto call switching feature is a nice add-on, and the usb-c dongle works on your phone if you want. No broken or scratches in box. seems good for the price.
The earcushion cups are actually quite comfortable. The cup cushions feel great and prevents sweating from prolonged usage. When wearing a headset that covers your entire ear, it's not only so much more comfortable.
I just want to preface that razer products are great. I have multiple razer items and have not really been dissatisfied with any of them, as they all perform amazingly!
Great headset. Sounds great. Looks good. The battery is. Works well. It looks great.
Cons
The app is obnoxious bloatware and the mic never works. If you want a plug and play solution look elsewhere.
The sound quality is terrible and muffled while also being obnoxiously tinny sometimes. Switching audio is a crapshoot at best.
