I just want to preface that razer products are great. I now have multiple razer items and have not really been dissatisfied with any of them. If you're looking for a headset that you can game with and just use casually, this is the one to go for.

The ear cushion cups are actually quite comfortable. The headphones have pretty great bass that you can really feel. These headphones feel and perform wonderfully.

Bass isn't too cloudy and the treble isn't piercing. Connected to wifi, they sound horrible, but the mic quality to others is great.

The usb-c dongle works on your phone if you want, even with a case on. The default eq preset is garbage, but download the eq app and set the preset to music or do your own custom preset.

They feel very light but still “solidly’ built. Much better than the arc novas. I bought these on june 1st, today is the 21st, i use them anywhere between 4-8 hours everyday.

The left side makes this like creaky sound. Switching audio is a crapshoot at best. Ghz to my pc was also absolutely terrible.

Do not buy. That defeats the purpose of buying this overpriced headset. What good is a 2 year warranty if they won't stand behind their product.

The software is also not intuitive. You have to have the software running to use it or have access to the eq. If you want a plug and play solution look elsewhere.

Not very noise cancelling. Earpads are scratchy.
