The mic quality is the biggest downside here but otherwise it's a great headset for the price. The sound quality is exactly what you can expect from a $100 headset. Ignore the reviews saying the microphone is bad, it's perfect for gaming.

It makes gaming so immersive. Not even mentioning the battery life is great. It would have been nice to have some type of battery level indicator.

Overall i was very pleased with the product and would buy it again without question.
Sound quality is exactly what you can expect from a $100 headset.
Unfortunately though, the mic quality is atrocious so i'll be returning and getting different headset.
Firstly, the microphone quality of the razer barracuda x is very mediocre.
Price
Considering the price i had low expectations, but this headset actually packs quite a punch!
After using this headset for about a month, i can confidently say it is worth the price.

Competitiveness
Then comes 2021 and i finally get my hands on a ps5.
Certainly more comfortable and better fitting than my old arctis 1.
As a comparison, my friends tell me this mic sounds worse than my steelseries arctis 1 mic.
After beating these things up i'm staying with my 5-star review.

When you go to the barracuda website and look up the barracuda x it shows youre supposed to get an activation code with every purchase

Im not really an audiophile kinda person not even close but even i can tell that the bass is almost nonexistent
