Two months use now and completely unusable. Drops out all the time, usb c connection is terrible. Mic is shockingly poor.

However they dont support the razer app to configure headset and dont have a bluetooth option so you have to keep usbc adaptor when wanting to use on phone for music

The supplied usba to female usbc cable extension cable for the usbc adaptor does not work however if i use my own cable or plug it directly into a usbc slot the product works fine otherwise

Thats fine but my big gripe is it mutes the other audio outputs from my ps5 if the usb transmitter is plugged in even if the headset is off

If that headset isnt switched on its usb transmitter doesnt affect the hdmi output to the soundbar

I dont necessarily expect third party devices to transmit battery data back but the muting is annoying particularly as the razer transmitter dongle is tight and i worry about its longevity if im pulling it in and out frequently
