Pros

The dual dpi * are great for when you don't mind having a regular dpi cycle and an extra programable button. The customization options are another area where this mouse shines. The features available on this mouse are really cool like the * button whi...  Read More

Cortex and synapse are razer's software packages for products and their associated lighting. Synchronizing the chroma rgb wave effect with my razer blackwidow v4 pro keyboard has transformed my setup into a visually stunning display. It's particularly...  Read More

Cons

Razer basilisk ultimate hyperspeed wireless gaming mouse only, no docking station. I hate razer mouse software it's confusing and disorganized. Features are ok, but again, if you cannot use them because your mouse disconnects then it does not matter.

The adjustable tension scroll wheel is extremely imprecise and prone to overscrolling. Every 4 or 5 ticks when scroll up, it scrolls down one time, very weird. The only way to get the * back to normal is to close synapse.

Quality

Feels great, works insanely well for gaming (tried in warzone, was unreal!

Included software works well, lots of lighting modes, sensitivity is adjustable and there's more than enough headroom for anyone.

After a few months it starts to get hair and grit clogging it up and the wheel would rather click than scroll.

While the dpi settings will stay programmed in the mouse, the lighting doesn't work without the software running the background.

Price

Highly recommend for that price point !

There is zero reason a mouse should cost over $100, let alone $200 and some change.

I've been trying to sell it super cheap for a month now but no one seems to want a used one so it doesn't retain value very well.

At this price point, should really have a disconnect point at the mouse itself imo.

Competitiveness

I wore out my logitech g502 (many years/hours of gaming) so that is what i am comparing this to.

I switched to the logitech g pro x wireless superlight.
