Overall, i am thoroughly impressed with the customer service i received from this mouse product company.
I suggest you take extended warranty for this product.
This mouse's battery lasted 10 days with a single charge that's impressive in it own (with the rgb turned off).
Price
This works flawlessly and justifies its price.
Please don't buy it if the price is more than 3500 because that's the actual mrp on the box itself.
Competitiveness
The price may feel a bit high for the segmentoverall verdict:the product has great aesthetics and ergonomics, as mentioned above.
Not sure why they are charging higher than maximum retail price.
Battery drains little bit quickly so better use a rechargable battery.
