Pros

There are several macro keys which can be used to record and save strings of key presses. There is a usb pass through and input jacks for a 3. Mm mic and headphones. Synapse is one of the best companion software’s i’ve ever used.

The corsair blackwidow v2 is an excellent product and you will not regret buying it if you want a top tier keyboard. For many, the corsair mystique carries status other brand names simply can’t measure up to.

This keyboard runs on synapse 2. It is so programmable and you can find sites that have patterns you can download. The typical user for this product is someone who is rather computer savvy and most likely plays games on their pc.

Blackwidow chroma is a full rgb keyboard with per-key customization. The font is bold, which is exactly what an older gentleman with poor eyesight needs—especially at night, when the older gentleman does most of his work.

Cons

Dust, hairs, and filth at the base and sides of the cap is unnerving. Aesthetically the keyboard suffers from horrible leds. Despite both their considerable price and how heavy they are, they're pretty flimsy.

There are plenty less-expensive alternatives that operate similarly or better. Gamer brands aren't worth buying from. Wouldn't recommend anything razer.

I do wish it came with the tools to clean it, but other than that its been great!

I am a total razer fan boy and this blackwidow chroma keyboard is another 10 quality product.

In fact, i think it should be the other way around: razer should be the one with the mystique and status, not corsair.

It is even better that all three products i listed above are in synch with the color flow.

Packaging/appearance

This was a welcome sight because razer is known for having some of the best, most beautiful packaging of any company, anywhere.

Competitiveness

It even looked better than my blackwidow ultimate 2016, which i had bought new at micro center.

Your keyboard creates a groovy lightshow for this.

The instruction manual would probably be missing, too, along with a few keycaps.

Also, all razer refurbished products come with a 90-day warranty!
