The device has a very nice heft to it. It's sleek, mostly minimalistic. One nitpick is that i expected a more luxe unboxing experience.
Cons
Customer service is generally responsive, but they demand useless details. Razer support is extremely useless. A rifle will shoot off the entire magazine when the laptop gets hot. Offering a 1 year warranty doesn't do it for me.

I was somewhat concerned with the cooling ability (rtx 3070) but lying flat, it runs in the low-to-mid 70's.
With the razer stand i bought it stays in the 60's on max.
Price
Sure the exhaust fans can, on occasion, make a little noise, but that's the price you pay for power!

Now, you could be adventurous and try upgrading to a 4 terabyte nvme ssd, but those are usually double sided leading to bends.

Really dislike not being able to upgrade the ram which is due to the ram being integrated onto the mb for higher speeds
