Pros

The keyboard synapse lighting is awesome. This is my 2nd razer laptop and both have run flawlessly. Track pad is nice and big, sometimes a tad finicky, but could be the user.

It's incredibly powerful as well, tested out elden ring on max settings and it ran perfectly all while managing to stay very quiet. Runs literally absolutely everything on ultra settings smooth like butter. Powerful enough to play the latest games.

Cons

Second time i bought a razer laptop that would not start out of the box and required a factory reset to function. The inability to setup without an internet connection is a deal breaker for me as well. Offering a 1 year warranty doesn't do it for me.

Build quality has gotten progressively worse, support is a joke, complete with bloatware and a terrible version of windows. Support works at sgt singapore time and always sleeping during your time + they never reply tickets. Huge disappointment are pr... Read More
