Quality
Build quality is absolutely amazing and can only be compared to that of a dell xps or a macbook pro.
The build quality is fantastic and the metal housing is strong and aids cooling, it doesn't feel or look cheap.
It's a shame i am not able to adjust individual button colours with the chroma studio.
Construction quality is outstanding, on par with the microsoft surface range, and display is really good, too.
Shipping
Is a great carry around laptop and the refresh rate and stats are amazing but does heat up a little fast and the fans do go very fast
Currently, they have acknowledged the issue and are preparing shipping labels free of cost!
Packaging/appearance
The all-aluminium shell is a far cry from the plasticy body of my previous laptop, and it feels reassuringly sturdy.
Competitiveness
I installed a 1tb ssd very easily at minimal cost.
It really heats up a lot in use, but nothing different from the competitors .
This one has a 120hz refresh rate and 1660ti.

Because i was trying to upgrade my memory and ssd but the t5 screw is locked too tight that the screw was stripped seriously

The only shortcome is the fingerprints could easily be left on the surface everywhere which is really annoying

I would only buy this machine at the discounted price of £1400

I would find it hard to justify the purchase at £2000 given the new generation of nvidia cards and the lack of ryzen chip
