Quality
It's a teensy upgrade spec wise from an msi katana gf76, and the quality (chassis, keyboard etc) is a definite step up.
It's really nice to finally have a laptop that's mostly silent with the odd bit of occasional light fan noise.
The keyboard is a uk layout, with the full sized enter key.
Competitiveness
The screen was a nice surprise and a great upgrade on a fhd 15 inch screen.
I've upgraded the ram to 32gb and installed an additional 1tb ssd in the spare slot.

This laptop is being used for software development and i doubt ill ever get time to do any gaming on it

Theres also a stuck on spongy thing in the place of the spare m2 ssd slot to remove if you are planning on utilising it but it pulls off easily enough

Theres also a click or more of a old style spinning disk hard drive scratch noise that occurs just as the fans turn on

The keyboard lights and glowing backlight behind the screen can both be turned off

The fan issue only happens when it runs at highest speed but i only play some small game so it just happens once
