Pros
The wrist rest is very nice and the foam is really comfortable. It has truly a memoryfoam board so it is more comfy than the factory pad. This is only an issue if like me you want this flush with your board.
Cons
Wrist rest has no magnetic strip so it does not click to the keyboard. Unfortunately the latest version does not, so slips & slides on a desk top. More plastic than leather and not as good feel as the original.

Unfortunately it stands to proud from the desk to be comfortable for me so i gave it to my wife to use with her razer blackwidow v3 and i stole the standard plastic wrist rest that came with her blackwidow

This is great quality but sadly it did not work well with my logitech g513 or glorious gmmk full size boards as the edge of the rest that sits flush to your keyboard is at an angle and not a right angle you can see this in the stock pictures

The back of the rest was taller than the lip on both of my boards and it overlaps the board plate and sadly restricted movement of the bottom row of keys
