After an issue with the sound cutting in and out and not knowing why i spoke with razer who advised there is an app for these earbuds where you update the firmware which now seems to have solved my issue sound quality is good and they seem pretty sturdy overall a nice product and comfortable to wear aswell

The only issue i have with these head phones is the mic the mic picks up an awful lot of background noise and can be annoying for you teammates

Coming to think of it my only gripe is that its too easy to press the pause button when taking them in or out touch face on the pod itself but the gestures can be customised with the software so no biggy

Left earbud never charged above 48 three days dealing with razer who are more interested in personal data that asking anything about the issue where i live has nothing to do with the fault of the product which they never even asked about
