The issue with the pillow is not really the pillow. The mounting is the problem. It's nicely engineered but badly designed.

I normally use the headrest gamer chairs come with but because its leather it begins to crack and can poke my neck causing itchiness

Also the large round size of those headrests can be uncomfortable because the elastic bands are too loose so it would sag and i would have to adjust it constantly

Given the cost of most of razers chairs ill admit to being a little disappointed this isnt the standard pillow that comes with the chair

Maybe it was just my particular heightway of sitting but the standard pillow always sat at an awkward spot and would come off the top of the chair when i tried to set it in the optimal spot
