Pros & Cons
Pros
Integrated wrist rest is very nice and makes the keyboard very ergonomic. I wish the wrist rest had a stronger magnet in it.
Every keystroke feels just as smooth as the last. I've grown a very strong bond with the backspace key. According to rtings, the input latency (which is the time it takes for a keystroke to be registered) between both g915 and razer huntsman v2 keyboa... Read More
The dampening foam also really helps keep the keyboard very quiet. It's not as quiet, a bit more clicky, but still well within the category of quiet mechanical switches. The logitech wave is not dampened at all.
I like this keyboard because it is made of pbt plastic. The keycaps have a textured surface that i can describe closely as a crinkle finishes on an engine. This is perfect for twitchy shooters like apex legends, halo infinite, or even valorant.
Cons
On the v2, many keys have non-uniform illumination.
Highlights
Quality
Because i liked my 60% razer so much, but needed the f keys back, i decided to go with the tkl 80% and i love it.
Its very comfortable with the leather rest.
Expected better quality though for the price.
I did have alot of trouble with the software and the customer service is rough, they get back to you quick, but not very helpful.
Price
I got it 10% but would totally pay full price.
Packaging/appearance
The only thing better on the blackwidow elite is the palm rest.
Competitiveness
It being a tkl also give me much more room for my mouse.
Overall this keyboard met my expectations and replaced my steelseries apex pro tkl wireless.
Some of razer's marketing images show bright halos around the keys, and some show none at all.
I figured it was a no-brainer upgrade--how wrong i was.

The price tag can probably be explained by the shortage supply chain lockdown and on and on

After received the keyboard tho i finally understood why theres keycap upgrade option because the default keycaps are so hideous especially for a keyboard that shines literally with great backlits that those default keycaps definitely do not match up with a like what 200 price tag

If you do care for looks especially its a pricy keyboard meant for the backlits get the keycap upgrades and then burn the default keycaps in a can or something
