Easy to setup - just a matter of throwing things together and tightening a few bolts. Packaged superbly with care. Lumbar support system is superb, the cushioning is some of the best i’ve sat on.

Make sure to maneuver the tube connected to the top part of the chair to the back before connecting to the seat. This is an upgrade from a $60 amazon basic chair that did it's job for about 3 years. Thank you raster.

The adjustable lumbar support is a game changer. Lumbar adjustment is pretty good, but what makes it work is the fact that the chair can tilt back.

A definite 2 people lift. I'm 6'1 and 200lbs, and it does a pretty good job keeping your back in a neutral position. Husband is 6'2 and weighs just over 200 pounds and it has some minor wear and tear at the seat.

It doesn’t recline back as much as i’d like. The seat squeaks louder than any chair i have ever had. Stitching comes undone all over, hydraulic is no longer working.

Buy a secretlab instead, this chair is absolutely terrible. Xl is being extorted on amazon as well price wise. My 50 dollar chair from office max is more durable, quieter and more comfortable.

The armrest mechanism feels a little sloppy, meaning it wiggles a little too much when locked into a position. The “lumbar support” basically pushes you off the chair. They are not soft, they are hard. Just feels rather stiff.

Their service is just garbage. They have a very bad reputation for cheaply made gaming stuff. Their support line is awful. However customer support * and you will not get anywhere with them.

Your product is defective! What they are asking is not acceptable. There are no instructions.
