Pros

The ergonomic arm rests are highly customizable and unique. The seat is firmer but isn’t uncomfortable with the amazing lumbar support adjustments. Only con out of the box is the right recliner level feels a bit clunky and crunchy.

I'm very satisfied with it and felt it was worth the money.

The main selling point for me, is the lumbar back support. Now his spine is youthful and his lumbare is supported.

Assembly is fairly self explanatory. Packaging is quirky and fun. Use the qr and the instructions.

The $500 chair is over half a grand. What is worse is the intentional uncaring core philosophy of this company. My 50 dollar chair from office max is more durable, quieter and more comfortable.
